for those who would like/ need more individual attention.
I work with a range of medical conditions including Osteoporosis, CFS, ME and Fibromyalgia.
I also work with those suffering the long term effects
of a stroke, low back pain, balance, posture & mobility issues, stiffness in the joints
and those just wanting to improve their overall
strength and flexibility.

(Standing/ Seated Pilates for those unable to get down on a mat. These classes comprise a mixture of standing and seated exercises.)
