Hello, I'm Louise and I'd like to welcome you to Louise Gilbertson Pilates.
Pilates is a form of exercise anyone can do standing, seated or lying down.

I offer Pilates Classes specifically designed for Seniors . You can opt for a Mat Class or a Step & Balance Class (if you are unable to get down on a mat). The Step & Balance Class is a combination of standing and seated exercises.
The classes are stimulating, supportive and fun with the emphasis on improving joint mobility, strength, flexibility, bone health, posture, balance, coordination, memory, concentration, energy levels and sleep.
The goal is to make everyday tasks a little easier by finding improvement with movement.
Move at your own pace and enjoy the mental and physical benefits of Pilates in a friendly, welcoming environment.
